Praise Charts, Anyone?

Worship leaders around the world regularly visit websites that have downloadable praise and worship song charts to use for their praise team. It’s nice to be able to find lyrics, chord charts, or lead sheets for your favorite music, because it can make preparation and rehearsal times much more productive.

But when my team and I start rearranging worship songs to create a “worship moment” for your congregation, it can be difficult (if not impossible!) to follow that original chart during a rehearsal.

That’s why I’m wondering if those of you who have my Expressive Worship DVD sets would be interested in having us do charts for the rearrangements of the songs on each of those Worship Music Makeover DVDs.

We’ve been telling you for quite a while that these songs were licensed by us from Integrity so that your praise team can learn them and incorporate them as they’ve been rearranged into your own worship services. You can watch the worship music makeovers with your team and learn the songs. But would it be easier for you to do that if we had praise charts available for the new arrangements?

Let us know your thoughts: would you use them? do you want chords and lyrics only? melody line? harmony parts? What would be the most useful for you?
